本文被linux下采用speedtest测速替代

本测试脚本是用于测试服务器到中国电信/联通/移动速度。

一键脚本：

PR的vps测试结果：

验证安装bbr plus的网络效果：linux网络优化加速一键脚本，由于之前安装了锐速，因此回存在重启后无法进入响应的内核的问题，好在还提供了vnc连接。
