A/D和D/A转换的基本原理[0]

A/D和D/A是计算机控制系统,在当前条件下的基本功能,主要处理将模拟信号转换成数字信号的过程。

根据电气化技术发展的规律,目前还有很多的传感器厂商在生产和模拟电路兼容的设备。但是根据现有的智能化趋势,对于将来而言,这样的模拟量转换功能可能会消失,使得传感器本身就实现量化,数字转换,自诊断等。在控制器和PLC连接传感器时通过总线协议的方式获得。

补充说明:

A/D和D/A转换功能的采集卡和设备,有些产品价格差别特别大,主要是因为对于廉价的采集卡,通过采用高频的转换模块和MUX开关,通过扫描的方式进行采集,而每个通道采用独立的转换模块的采集卡则项目价格较高,而且容易实现超高频的采集。
