动态阻尼,帮助抵抗外界干扰的系统卫士。

如图1,通过溢流阀先导控制液桥,来讨论动态阻尼液阻在不同场合的效果。实际上是假设受到某种干扰时,如果不配置动态阻尼液阻,主阀芯将产生或者突然升起或者突然下降,或者老在一上一下地振动的不正常现象,而如果要设置动态阻力液阻的话,应该摆在什么位置才能起作用,以及这样效果才能好一些。

1、左图表示了动态阻尼液阻放在什么位置上:

第一种可能性,串在半桥输出点去被控容腔的油路上,Rb;

第二章可能性,串联在作为可变液阻的先导阀口之前的,Ra;

如果是第一种情况,当被控对象(主阀芯)处于稳定状态时,Rb上没有流量通过。如果是第二种情况,当被控对象(主阀芯)处于稳定状态时,Ra上一直有1-2升/分的先导流量通过。等会儿讨论外来干扰影响时,这两个位置上液阻的起步情况不一样,造成效果有很大的差别。

2、图是根据压差流量公式,绘出通过液阻的流量(横坐标)与液阻前后压差(纵坐标)的关系曲线。由于流量不是与压差成正比,而是与压差开根方成正比,所以如图所示,这条曲线在靠近坐标零点的小流量区域上升的慢(流量压差增益小),而在离开原点的较大流量区域(高增益区)上升的快。

左面图上所示的Rb原始状态处于横坐标原点(低增益区),Ra原始状态处于高增益区。这样,在相通的干扰(假设干扰是正弦变化)作用下,液阻Rb获得的压差(抑制干扰的能力)就小,而Ra获得的压差(抑制干扰的能力)就大。所以,就得出结论:

1)动态阻尼液阻布置在Ra 位置:动态阻尼效果好,但降低了稳态特性(它与可变液阻串联的关系);

2)动态阻尼液阻布置在Rb位置:动态阻尼效果差一些,但对稳态特性不产生影响。
