转载——更换了配对研磨的缸体配流盘后[0]

一个有着十几年的液压柱塞泵的维修师傅承接维修一台砼泵车用的A4VG180泵,购买国产的缸体及配流盘,采购时询问得知:这家国产的缸体与配流盘是在出厂前就配对研磨好的,当收到国产的缸体及配流盘时,这位师傅也认真的检查缸体及本配流盘上的配流面,确认是经过研磨的,但还是放心又再用樟丹作印痕验证一下摩擦副间的配合精度,确实在缸体配流面上有二道平行的印痕,所以就放心的装配好后,把泵安装在泵测试台上开始检测。

这台可做闭式泵测试台条件A、B口是手动溢流阀加载,没有电脑显示曲线,测试时要观察电机在1000r时的泵加载测测试时的:1,A口流量值、2,加载时A口压力变化值,3,加载时泵壳体泄漏量值、4,补油泵压力值、5,泵体上的变量活塞伺服A口端压力值。

当A口加载时,随着A口端的压力上升,泵壳体泄漏量跟随压力递增,当A口压力加载近200bar时,A口流量基本上是80L以下,而泵壳体泄量达100多升,这种情况证明A口溢流阀失效,反过来做B口加载,现象还是同样,只能拆检A、B端口溢流阀,先导阀芯锥面上有沟痕,修复阀芯锥面后安装再进行测试,压力是比没修复前提高了加载压力,但只能最大加载到,240bar,再次修复溢流阀,测试加载压力只是略提高点,反复再修,几次修理溢流阀,反复测试,端口溢流阀压力达到300bar左右时,再也没有提高。经过这几番折腾后,没有效果,再细想细分析问题出在哪?是不是那点没有作对?决定再细致检查数据测试,这回发现当泵加载压力上升时,A口端的流量跟随压力上升而减少,成反比,但泵壳体泄漏量没有增加呀!哪么流量跑那去了?带着怀疑把泵分解,看到是下面情节:

缸体配流面上吸排油窗口内、外密封带两侧有摩擦痕迹而窗口与窗口间密封带之间的配对研磨痕迹还在。

再细致观察配流盘,流面上吸排油窗口内、外圈密封带两侧同样有摩擦痕迹,而内、外圈密封带中间区域内配对研磨痕迹还在,说明这对摩擦副在油膜静压状态时,吸、排油窗口中间区域内是超大间隙状态,配流盘外圈密封带内与缸体摩擦面在一定的压力下有悬空现象,发生泄压通道,所以,在泵测试时,压力加载不上去而流量在减少,是泵高压测区域内的油液通过配流盘上减噪槽串通到低压测一端,造成压力上升而流量减少,没有内泄到泵壳体内。

泵测试人员当压力加载不到标定压力值要求时,还在以为是端口溢流阀的问题,一再维修阀而费时费力没有解决到关键点上。

自己动手把这对摩擦副重新配对研磨,再重新装配泵上,测试是一切OK!把问题解决掉了,但就是想不明白这家生产泵零件的企业对自家的产品采用什么方法及工艺能制造出这样有内凹现象配流盘?
