伺服阀的构造始于阀体。

阀体装有阀套,以使阀芯可以精确的与阀套匹配。

同样的阀体,可匹配不同的阀套、阀芯。

主阀体提供先导油的过滤器。

阀台端盖连接来自过滤器的先导油。

先导级包含两个喷嘴。

 

此外,先导级包含力矩马达。衔铁与力矩马达相连,挡板经过两个先导喷嘴,并与主阀芯连接。

当阀没有给定信号时,相对于两个喷嘴,挡板居中,主阀芯两侧的压力也相等,主阀芯也因此居中。

力矩马达装在一个永久磁铁里面。

电流流经力矩马达线圈会使电枢磁化,并使电枢偏转。 偏转的方向取决于电压极性,偏转的程度取决于电流的大小。

衔铁的偏转造成挡板的移动,靠近一个喷嘴,远离另外一个喷嘴,从而使主阀芯一段压力增加,另外一段压力减小,主阀芯两端建立起压差。

主阀芯移动并流动通过阀。当主阀芯移动时,先导压力达到平衡且阀芯停止移动时,挡板被拉回到两个喷嘴的中心。
