西门子贝得电机选型

例如选型:1TL0001-2BB03-3JA4

型号解释:3级能效,短机座号机座号225S,4极电机(根据电机转速1450rpm),380V,IM B35,无绕组保护,接线盒在顶端

  • 安装形式见下图

  • 接线要求(接线的直径)

  • 主要技术参数:

  • 性能参数的计算:

1)输出:在额度转速1475rpm时,额定转矩T=239.6Nm,输出功率=1475*2*pi/60*239.6=37KW,也可以按照380*71*sqrt(3)*0.92*0.86=37KW计算

2)输入:380V*71A*sqrt(3)*0.86=40KW

在三相四线制三角形接法,其中71A为相电流,线电流为71A*sqrt(3),380V为供电电压

S=380V*71A*sqrt(3)=47KW,为视在功率,类似于液压的角功率

P=380V*71A*sqrt(3)*0.86=40KW,为有功功率

功率因数cosΦ=有功功率P/视在功率S

钳形表在外电路测得的电流是电动机的线电流,其值等于星型接法电机的相电流,等于三角型接法电机相电流的sqrt(3)倍。

根据功率选定M2BAX 225 SMA  3GBA 222 210-ADCCN  IM B35

ABB电机的型号中没有IM号,需要另外给出。
