换向阀的中位机能测试实际上是换向阀的机能识别问题,对于阀的生产型企业而言,为防止阀芯装错或少装密封圈等现象发生,需要自动测试被试阀的中位机能。

基本原理,是在P口施加压力,检测其余各个口的压力情况,进行判断,为减少判断失误,增压了液压缸行测进行时间累计。

为了减少识别的故障,此原理图上增加了液压缸的位置检测,对于此系统的工程实现,考虑到生产现场的效率要求,需要实现液压阀的快速拆装,此工装设计是技术亮点。

设计时还需要考虑的是不同通经大小的液压阀和不同安装尺寸的液压阀的工装需要能切换问题。

此工程实现上可以简化只是测量4个口在瞬时切换时的压力变化情况进行判断。
