伺服阀接线举例——以704射流管伺服阀CSDY1-6[0]

注意是每个线圈1000Ω,单个线圈工作时需要8mA驱动(另一个线圈不工作)
两个线圈并联电阻500Ω,每个线圈4mA,总驱动8mA,检测电压4V,功耗32mW
两个线圈串联电阻2000Ω,每个线圈4mA,总驱动4mA,检测电压8V,功耗32mW

伺服阀的接线一般以并联连接为主,且伺服阀的放大板一般输出为电流,采用并联连接时能够满足两个线圈电流相同的要求,也能够在一个线圈断路的情况下工作,提高设备的可靠性。对于调试时,若采用检测电流的方式实际上很容易导致故障,因此推荐在将两个伺服阀线圈并联后检测电阻值大小,再根据电流大小转换成电压进行检测。
