传感器输出为电流型式的几种常见接线方式[0]

传感器采用电压输出,可以通过万用表比较容易的测量,但是由于其对于EMC的抗干扰性能较弱,因此,较为常用的是电流型传感器的输出。电流输出的几种范围一般有0-2mA,4-20mA几种。对于传感器的接线考虑到线制的不同,有分为两线制接法,三线制接法和4线制接法

  • 两线制接法

两线制接法,通常需要给传感器供电,因此传感器的两线一根为电源+,一根线为信号+,为了实现电流从输出,需要形成回路,一般需要将电源串联进去,有两种接线方式

1)推荐选择有源信号隔离器,常见的有JSD TA-1022-D15,此种连接也较为简单,将隔离器的电源+和信号输入+,对应传感器即可。

2)采用无源信号隔离器,常见的有JSD TA-1001-D15,此时需要将传感器的电源+连接到24V,将传感器的信号+连接到隔离器的输入+,将隔离器的输入-接到24V电源的地线上。

  • 三线制接法

三线制接法,两种接法

1)无源隔离器,通常的传感器的供电一根线,信号输出一根线,模拟地一根线(与输出共地),此种接法需要给传感器供电占用两根线,将输出信号和地线接到隔离模块上,此时推荐的隔离模块采用无源转换即可,常见的有JSD TA-1001-D15,另外隔离模块的供电需要和传感器公用一个电源。

2)有源隔离器,采用JSD TA-1031-D15 将对应的传感器和隔离模块接口连接即可。

  • 四线制接法

四线制电流输出,供电占用两根线,信号输出两根线。此种接法和电压输出的传感器相同。

隔离模块采用无源转换,常见的有JSD TA-1001-D15,另外隔离模块的供电需要和传感器公用一个电源。

  • 补充说明:

对于一个传感器有两个信号输出的,且都是电流输出(公用24V电源),转换信号隔离器需要采用无源信号隔离器,即采用两线制的无源信号隔离器的接法。
