本处的流量公式,主要关注的是工程应用方面的,而不是理论推导的问题,只做收集和整理。

  • 小孔流量公式:

主要用于计算滑阀的流量(包括比例阀,伺服阀等)

此处给出射流管阀的射流口计算方式

其中AEMSim计算时的方程如下:

液压阀的流量系数:

 

  • 平行缝隙流

1)壁面固定

2)壁面移动

动压支撑及其流量和支撑力的计算,可以用于伺服缸设计计算参考,用锥面的支撑力进行液压缸的扶正。

  • 环形缝隙流:

1)壁面固定

2)壁面移动

此公式可以用于计算伺服缸的缝隙流动和泄漏,以及作为检测加工间隙的手段

3)旋转

  • 平行平板的径向流动

以上公式可以用于柱塞泵的滑靴和内泄漏流量计算。
