不锈钢厚膜技术[0]

应用于压力传感器上的不锈钢厚膜技术是指:采用丝网印刷工艺,将绝缘层(非传导性),导电层(金属陶瓷)和电阻结构层沉淀到不锈钢膜片上。不锈钢膜片的厚度取决于压力测量范围,再经过200度到900度的高温热处理使传感器

应变膜片拥有无可比拟的耐用性和可靠性。为了进一步保障质量,膜片采用引线工艺与信号处理电路相连接。
应用不锈钢厚膜技术的压力传感器与应用其它原理的压力传感器的优点是:
1.过载能力、抗冲击压力强,过载能力为标准压力的三倍
2.强度高,耐振动,不易损坏
3.温度漂移小
4.高量程线性度更好
5.不锈钢膜片结构,适合测量与应变材料兼容各种介质

由于厚膜技术的安全性,一般可以用在高压和特高压领域,常见厂商为GEFRAN杰佛伦,TPHADA
