液压泵的寿命问题[0]

影响液压泵寿命的因素主要有:压力与转速应力,温度应力,油液粘度与添加剂,污染度因素,综合敏感应力。

其中 A4VS 液压泵寿命试验曲线的如下:延长泵的使用寿命需要降额使用,主要是降低压力和流量。

MIL-P -19692C:

1) 常规试验 350 h ,主要包括寿命试验条件(常规试验) 中所规定的 8 个主要阶段循环.
2) 过载试验 400 h ,主要包括寿命试验条件(过载试验) 中依此排列的 8 个主要阶段循环.

MIL -P-19692D要求:

1) 常规试验 600 h ,试验谱同上.
2) 过载试验 450 h ,试验谱同上.

MIL -P-19692E要求:

去除了常规试验与过载试验之分 ,但对耐久试验时间值有所提高. 根据 MIL 2 P 2 19692E 要求 ,寿命试验作为最低要求 ,样件液压泵应完成表 1的 2000 h 的寿命试验.
