内啮合齿轮泵原理[0]

齿轮泵有外啮合齿轮泵,内啮合齿轮泵和摆线内啮合齿轮(也称转子泵)泵三种。按照组成型式还可以分成双联齿轮泵,三联齿轮泵,复合齿轮泵。

内啮合齿轮泵,在EHA系统中用途较为广泛,本文主要简介泵的原理。

内啮合齿轮泵的优点是结构紧凑,尺寸小,重量轻,使用寿命长,压力脉动和噪声都较小;它们的缺点是齿形复杂,加工精度要求高,造价较贵。现在采用粉末冶金工艺压制成型,成本降低,应用得到发展。在转速n 不变的条件下,泵的输出流量可以改变的称为变量泵,不可改变的称为定量泵。齿轮泵的排量V 不能改变,所以属定量泵。
