LVDT的原理[0]

LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer)是线性可变差动变压器缩写,属于直线位移传感器。工作原理简单地说是铁芯可动变压器。它由一个初级线圈,两个次级线圈,铁芯,线圈骨架,外壳等部件组成。LVDT工作过程中,铁心的运动不能超出线圈的线性范围,否则将产生非线性值,因此所有的LVDT均有一个线性范围。
LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer)是线性可变差动变压器缩写,属于直线位移传感器。工作原理简单地说是铁芯可动变压器。它由一个初级线圈,两个次级线圈,铁芯,线圈骨架,外壳等部件组成。初级线圈、次级线圈分布在线圈骨架上,线圈内部有一个可自由移动的杆状铁芯。当铁芯处于中间位置时,两个次级线圈产生的感应电动势相等,这样输出电压为零;当铁芯在线圈内部移动并偏离中心位置时,两个线圈产生的感应电动势不等,有电压输出,其电压大小取决于位移量的大小。为了提高传感器的灵敏度,改善传感器的线性度、增大传感器的线性范围,设计时将两个线圈反串相接、两个次级线圈的电压极性相反,LVDT输出的电压是两个次级线圈的电压之差,这个输出的电压值与铁芯的位移量成线性关系。

LVDT的接线较为特殊,需要±15V供电,具体接线参考704所SA-PI控制器CSDM631伺服阀使用与测试
力士乐的实际市场型号为IW9-03-01(来自于力士乐样本),中国的替代商安阳凯地,另外全球顶级供应商magnet-schultz也有供货。magnet-schultz型号如下:
AWEF004A01,但是供电为24V,而非±15V,输入电压为5.5-9.5v,详细样本见此,其他样本见此
其他阀上常用的LVDT的型号包括:
GWEF50-015
GWEF45-004
GWEF20-010

补充说明:

力士乐系列的A4VSG闭式泵的EO2控制,斜盘摆角位置传感器和摆角的关系

结合上图的理解是:LVDT的行程是±4mm,对应控制活塞的位置的±10mm,对应的斜盘的摆角是±15°。
