本专题主要涉及的液压辅件其中不包括测量和密封和过滤,管路,接头,主要包括蓄能器,冷却器等。

对于蓄能器的计算需要根据蓄能器的在系统中的作用进行,蓄能器按照类型和作用有以下几种。

冷却器的分类:

对于管式冷却器在设计计算面积时,一般将散热效率考虑在120W/m^2。需要减少冷却器大小现在一般采用板式冷却器。

冷却器的流量的流量问题:对于没有单独冷却回路的系统,在回油路设计冷却器时经常遇到的问题是流量按照平均流量还是瞬时流量考虑,此时推荐按照平均流量考虑,并兼容瞬时流量时的耐压即可。
