TESCOM的ER5000比例调压阀原理及其使用注意事项[0]

ER5000(电子控制器ER5000+功率级),采用金属膜片式两级调压的方式进行控制。调压阀采用双环方式进行控制,先导闭环(内环)采用内置的压力传感器可控制到7.5bar,外环采用外部的压力传感器进行闭环,内置的控制器能够实现双环的PID控制,内置的AD模块为16bit精度,更新周期为25ms。先导级系统闭环响应为2Hz,先导的闭环周期为25ms。级联的方式没有给闭环周期。

控制模式为内部闭环控制,外部闭环控制和双环控制。其中外部闭环控制由于其内部刚度不足,控制效果不好,不推荐单独使用,一般建议采用双环控制,由PLC发送控制指令即可,而无需PLC做闭环控制。对于升降速度较慢的系统,也可以采用内环控制+开环控制相结合的方式。

  • ER5000的控制结构可以采用的方式:

对于压力控制推荐采用两级闭环控制。对于实际上,具体实战的时候还分为以下两种方式:

A)在ER5000中实现两级闭环控制

此种方式PLC对于比例控制阀只需要发生指令即可,由于实际上ER5000采用两级闭环时的响应时间慢,因此适用于目标控制模式,而不适合随动控制。

B)在ER5000中实现内环控制,在PLC中实现外环控制

在PLC中作外环控制,推荐的控制闭环周期为30ms,因此适合某些慢速的随动控制模式。

另外先导头到功率级主阀的管路需要采用钢管连接,并且功率级阀芯到压力传感器之间需要避免串入其他元件。先导头(先导控制部分)可以采用SMC或者festo的低压的比例调压阀。详细可见《气体减压和背压下的压力控制阀》。
