一、MOOG数字阀发展历程

  • 1992年,开始研究采用数字电路控制伺服阀的可能性
  • 1995年,工作控制器安装于伺服阀(欧卡),带模拟量阀芯控制,简单的CAN总线接口
  • 1998年,嵌入式硬件/软件,基本的CANopen和VDMA标准功能,集成模拟/数字阀芯位置控制
  • 2000年,DCV(Digital Control Valve)数控阀面世:两块设计电路板,完整的CANopen,VDMA以及数字阀控制,带MoVaCo配置软件工具
  • 2003年,数字pQ阀面世(压力+流量控制)

  • 2005年,模块式设计,Profibus,附加的模拟量和数字输入,数字RKP径向柱塞泵。
  • 2007年,ACV(Axis Control Valve):闭环控制,带外置传感器

  • 2009年,EtherCAT(以太网控制自动化技术)
  • 2011年,改进版控制电路,增强型微电子技术
  • 2012年,新型配置软件工具MoVaPuCo,VARAN
  • 2014年,防爆型伺服阀
  • 2016年,实时通信技术Ethernet POWERLINK

  • 流量范围从2L/min到1500L/min。
  • 阶跃响应从8ms到44ms
  • 既有先导式,也有直动式
  • 部分产品集成压力传感器
  • 规格从ISO4401 03到10

三、产品介绍

1. DCV数字阀

既有DCV-Q流量控制阀,也有DCV-pQ流量&压力控制阀;既有模拟量输入接口,也有数字量输入接口。

2、ACV轴控阀

  • 可接入数字传感器,如位移传感器
  • Fieldbus总线接口。可以接收指令信号、使能信号,阀芯位置信号以及状态信息等;可以与其它ACV进行通讯。
  • 带3个模拟量输入接口。可进行压力测量等。
