转载——博世力士乐推出电液伺服执行器SHA[0]

继2017年参加汉诺威展之后,博世力士乐推出的电液伺服执行器SHA(Servo Hydraulic Actuator)第一次亮相中国,参加2018上海国际橡胶展。

即装即用、免维护的电液伺服执行器(SHA),将线性驱动器的益处与液压系统在动力、动态特性、稳固性和能效方面的特定优势相结合。SHA采用与EMC相同的驱动和控制概念,再与由泵、控制块和液压缸组成的直接相连的液压零件协同工作,即创造出了可满足上述要求的带闭式液压系统的整体解决方案。

技术特点

整个系统自成一体,无再需额外的动力单元。非常灵活的安装,免维护!

双出杆油缸,并具有其它类型油缸的选择。SHA 可产生的力最大达2500kN,行走速度最快达2m/s,行程最长达6m。

采用力士乐Sytronix技术,配有力士乐同步伺服电机MSK,转速控制。

采用稳健的轴向柱塞泵A10。

集成安全溢流阀,控制阀块无需速度控制阀。配置压力、温度、位置传感器。

皮囊式蓄能器作为油箱补偿,在泵不工作时存储能量。

配有力士乐驱动控制器HCS和力士乐控制单元CSH,以及位置和力控制模块软件PFC。

工作原理示意

闭式液压系统。

油缸无杆腔面积是X1,环形面积是X2,活塞杆面积X3。面积关系:X1=X2+X3。

活塞杆伸出时,泵的油流向从A至B,蓄能器补充油液至无杆腔。

活塞杆缩回时,泵的油流向从B至A。无杆腔多余的油液排至蓄能器。

应用

适合压力机和预调剂量系统,当然也适用于有相关性能要求的机床、运输或搬运系统,部分示例如下。
