伺服阀静态特性[0]

极性
输入正极性控制电流时,规定“液流从负载窗口1流出,由负载窗口2流出”的流向为正流量极性。
压力特性
在零位区域(对零重叠阀为10%额定电流)负载关断的情况下测定。阀的压力增益和零偏可在压力特性曲线上得到。阀的压力增益随滑阀工作锐边磨损而变低。

空载流量特性

负载开启(空载)情况下测定。
阀的额定流量、滞环、零偏、线性度、对称度等指标可以从空载流量曲线上得到。
零重叠(公差±2.5%)阀在±3%零位区域内,流量增益变化范围50%~200%名义流量增益。

内漏特性

在负载关断的情况下测定
阀的内漏随滑阀的工作锐边磨损而增大。
负载特性
负载流量计算公式
零偏
零偏在标准试验条件下消除阀的滞环后测定。
在使用周期内阀的零偏允许增大到6%。

分辨率

分辨率在零位附近(10%额定电流处)测定。
分辨率随供油压力降低、滑阀磨损和工作液污染程度加剧而变差。

重叠

用户不作声明,提供的伺服阀均为零重叠。零重叠公差规定为正重叠   2.5%~负重叠2.5%。
根据特殊需要,可提供指定正重叠或负重叠的阀。
负重叠(预开口):零位流量增益增大,压力增益减小,零位泄露增加。
正重叠(负开口):零位流量增益减小,压力增益变差,零位泄露减小。
