伺服阀液压特性[0]

供油压力
·  FF系列伺服阀可在供油压力为2~28MPa下正常工作。
·  FF系列伺服阀额定供油压力为21MPa,样本中给出的性能系在额定供油 压力下测定。
·  阀性能,特别是分辨率和动态响应随供油压力降低而变差。
·  阀可以在额定供油压力以外的压力下工作,但零偏将有所变化。
·  在额定压力以外的压力下,阀的空载流量按下式计算:

回油压力

回油压力可在大范围内变动(通常不大于2Mpa),但回油压力增大会引起零漂。
不允许回油压力大于进油压力,以免液流向液压放大级产生倒流。

耐压和破坏压力

耐压能力 进油及负载窗口=1.5Ps,回油窗口=1.0Ps试验后,仍能符合技术条件要求。
破坏能力 进油及负载窗口=2.5Ps,回油窗口=1.5Ps或35MPa最大,试验后,阀不应破坏,但不要求阀恢复工作性能。

工作液
FF系列伺服阀密封件采用丁腈橡胶,工作液为航空液压油YH-10、YH-12、YH-15和抗磨液压油N32、N46或其它石油基液压油。

工作液清洁度
工作液固体颗粒污染度应符合GJB420A所规定的6~8级污染度等级。(GB/T14039-2002中规定的15/12~17/14等级)
伺服阀进油窗口前应安装名义过滤度不低于10微米的滤油器。
