伺服阀使用维护指南[0]

1.双喷嘴挡板型、射流型伺服阀一般有两个线圈,两个线圈可以串联工作、并联工作,也可以单线圈工作,推荐采用并联工作。
2.为提高伺服阀的分辨率,进而提高系统性能,往往给伺服阀加一个频率较高、峰间值小于5%额定电流的励振信号。
3.采用直线式直驱型电液伺服阀,应注意液压源的回油反压不宜过大,应<5MPa。
4.在给伺服阀未供压情况下,避免对伺服阀通交变信号,直驱型伺服阀除外。
5.为使阀控系统稳定,位置系统,尤其是力系统,在阀和执行机构的油路上应正确设置放气孔。
6.系统工作一段时间后,发现阀的压力增益低,内漏加大,说明二级滑阀控制节流边磨损大了,如发现系统响应变慢,可能是由于阀内部保护喷嘴挡板级的油滤已逐渐被污物堵塞,导致喷嘴挡板级的性能降低所致。上述情况,均需返厂检修或更换新的伺服阀。
7.伺服阀的安装面表面粗糙度应优于,平面度小于0.02mm。
8.应尽量避免将伺服阀安装在振动强烈或运动有剧变的机构部件上,如不得已装在运动有剧变的部件上,也应将阀芯轴线方向不和机件运动方向一致。
9.尽量控制伺服阀工作液和环境的使用温度,温度变化大或过高将会影响伺服阀的性能和使用寿命。
10.使用伺服阀的液压油源必须做到:
1)安装伺服阀的液压系统必须经彻底清洗;油箱应该密封;
2)工作液的清洁度应符合GJB420 7/A;
3)要定期对工作液进行化验,保证工作液符合技术要求,否则应过滤或更换工作液;
4)伺服阀的供油口前应设置绝对过滤度≤10μ的油滤,为使产品工作寿命更长,最好选用≤5μ的油滤。
5)供伺服阀的液压源油液压力脉动幅值应尽可能小。
