力士乐 集成数字轴控制器和现场总线的高频比例阀 4WRPNH[0]

此阀为数字阀,采用IAC-R接口通讯的方式进行控制,有模拟量接口,A/D的精度12bit,D/A的精度10bit,支持数字传感器。

此阀实现了将控制器和放大器集成在阀上的一体式设计,因此应用中无需闭环控制器,只需要PLC通讯进行参数设置和指令发送。控制模式支持位置控制,压力控制,流量控制,P/Q控制,交替位置/压力控制,交替位置/力控制。控制器功能包括:零偏补偿,特性补偿,死区补偿,传感器校准,PID控制,传感器校准,输入输出滤波,指令整定,输出反向。

阀本体带有故障安全位,能够实现不同的反向不同的增益,最大流量100L/min@7MPa,典型的频响80Hz。最高压力31.5MPa。
